CENTRAL ISTRIA has seven marked bike trails “circling” around Pazin-Pisino, the capital of Istria. They are 230 kilometres long and each of them is very special and unique. Those fond of biking have the opportunity of seeing old medieval small towns with typical bell towers, isolated villages with but a few taverns, with numerous very old carvings and even older living legends told by the oldest town inhabitants. Cycling Race OL ISTRIA MTB - Cannondale Parenzana attracts many local and foreign European cyclists.
